I cannot pass a yarn shop without going in. My eyes drink in the colors and my hands yearn to touch every kind of texture: A smooth crisp silk blend, a cool light cotton, or a soft furry angora that calms your spirit... Each of these fibers have their own specific characteristics, and a good knitting design will take advantage of these and turn a ball of fluff into something wonderful.
